Conflict Early Warning / Early Action Practitioners Workshop
Weathering Risk was presented as part of a session on 'Establishing Best practices in Climate Security Modelling' at the Conflict Early Warning / Early Action Practitioners Workshop held by the NYU Center on International Cooperation.

The Conflict Early Warning / Early Action Practitioners Workshop was held by the NYU Center on International Cooperation from 18 - 26 May 2021 and featured several panel discussions and sessions on climate security from both a research and practitioners perspective.
During a joint session with Marie Schellens from UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) and Corey Pattinson from World Bank West Africa on 'Establishing Best practices in Climate Security Modelling', Barbora Sedova from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) presented Weathering Risk: A Climate Security and Foresight Assessment and outlined the Weathering Risk Methodology.
